{ MAKE-BELIEVE PIRATES }

This was SUCH a fun session!  These children had a blast playing “make-believe” pirates looking for treasure?  The distressed ship wreck created the perfect scene to pull this stylized session off!  I hope you enjoy the details of these photographs as much as I do!  Don’t forget to see if they really did find a treasure….DSC_0238copyblogDSC_0467copyblogUntitled-15-2blogDSC_0278copy-2blogDSC_0310copyfbblogDSC_0301copyblogUntitled-13-2blogDSC_0332copy-1blogUntitled-2-2blogUntitled-12-2blogDSC_0431copyblogDSC_0335copy-1-2blogDSC_0320copy-1blogUntitled-1-2blogDSC_0289copy-1blogDSC_0382copyblogDSC_0404copy-5blogDSC_0399copyblogUntitled-9-2blogDSC_0451copy-1blogUntitled-14-2blogDSC_0356-2copyblogDSC_0443blogDSC_0481copy-1blogUntitled-1dash2blogDSC_0393copyblogDSC_0388copyblogUntitled-3-2blogDSC_0376copyblogDSC_0509copyblog-1They had been through a lot together, but in the end, they discovered that they had each other…and that was the real treasure!DSC_0234-2copyblogDSC_0425copyblog-2

{ FEATURED IN MAGAZINE }

I’m thrilled and so honored to be part of the Fall addition of the Lemonade and Lenses magazine. You can get a digital or a hard copy HERE

The topic I discuss is shooting creatively for yourself. I think it is very easy to get in a rut and constantly shoot for our clients. We fail to really take the time to fit in what is most important….shooting for ourselves and documenting our own children and families. Bringing to life an idea or theme can also be very rewarding and personally gratifying. Pick up a copy and get inside my head as I discuss tips and ways that I go about my creative shoots!
