{ ELEVATE } A FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY EXPLORATION

I am really excited about 2012!  All of the possibilities that lie ahead, the amazing people I will meet, adventures I will go on, photographs I will take, etc…  It’s been a challenge being part of two very different photography groups.  One of the groups is “lifestyle” and the other is more artistic and “fine art”.   My style really isn’t either of those, well at least not to me.  Maybe somewhere in the middle!  This month I am just using a single image, one of my favorite B&W’s.  I typically always choose color over B&W, but this image just called out for B&W.  Something so moody about this photo that I love.

Be sure to check out all the diverse talent in this group, starting with the compelling work of Jefra Starr Linn

Well as I expected, it was worth the wait! Lol. I had to use my iPhone. What an amazing conversion and I agree that some images just call for b/w. Beautifully framed, artistic yet not distracting. Perfect in every way.
